The objective of the paper is to design, arrange, and evaluate the causal model of creativity and innovation emphasizing the mediating role of knowledge management: analyzing the relations of organizational culture and social capital with knowledge management and the relations of knowledge management with creativity and innovation in educational offices staff in Kurdistan Province. All staff of the educational offices is the population of the sampling in the study from which we selected a sample of 275 practitioners using class-random method. In order to measure the variables, we used some questionnaires including organizational culture, social capital, knowledge management, creativity, and innovation, the results of the study indicate that organizational culture variable, at a level of 0.01, have a significant positive impact on social capital and knowledge management variables. Variables organizational culture and social capital have the significant positive impact on knowledge management, at 0.01. Knowledge management variable have the significant positive impact, at 0.01, on creativity and innovation variables. Creativity variable have the same impact at the same level on innovation variable. Creativity and innovation model emphasizing the mediating role of Knowledge management variable, have a proper fitting.

In this article, the social capital concept has been thoroughly surveyed. Consequently, this concept and its related dimensions and factors has been extracted from Imam Ali's point of view (Nahjolbalaghah letters). By implementing the extracting adaptive concepts and exerting suitable qualitative research methods, an Islamic framework for social capital improvement in Islamic communities has been proposed. The proposed framework evaluation was done in the tax organization of Qom province. For fulfilling this goal, a questionnaire was designed and validated with Cronbach's alpha=0.93.eighty six people were asked for the proposed Islamic social capital concept and its related dimensions such as: trust, common norms, mutual cooperation and assistance, collective solidarity,sympathy, partnership, and collective identity. The results represented the accepted status of the proposed Islamic social capital framework in Qom's tax organization.

Social capital is a cross-field subject that in recent years has been increasingly considered by expert of different areas of science, especially in the field of Management and economy. Organizations must be effective to achieve to their goals and missions. This study was done in the year of 2012 entitled "Relationship between social capitals with organizational effectiveness in health training center Kerman´s Shafa Hospital". The universe of the research includes 669 employees of Kerman´s Shafa hospital that 216 of them selected as the sample. The data collected by two questionnaires. The obtained data analyzed through SPSS software by using of Kendall and Spearman tests. The research results show that there is a relationship between social capital with the dimensions of social, culture, political and economic and organizational effectiveness.

Goal: Consequences of social capital in recent years has been much attention, however, little research has been about its relationship to job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education of Hamedan province. Method: This research uses descriptive - correlational questionnaire was conducted. Physical education teachers in the province were population of 850 people. According to Morgan, 265 of who were the subjects. Stratified random sampling was done. To test the hypothesis of Friedman's test and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. Results: Findings showed that there is significant relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education, that it relationship is direct and positive, the Sharper, with increasing social capital teachers, job satisfaction increased.

The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between social capital and organizational excellence. Initially, about excellence, history and the concept of social capital and its components are described. Then, the organizational approach to social capital was examined and the impact of social capital on organizational performance was evaluated. On the basis of the conceptual model, the questionnaire for the measurements of the variables was composed. The statistic society of this research is higher education institutes in Mashhad. 154 questionnaires were gathered. SPSS16 and LISREL8.5software were used for statistical analysis of data. The conceptual research model was approved by factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation. We can conclude that the relationship between social capital and organizational excellence is direct, positive and significant. And according to the values of the fit, model had an acceptable fit.

Doubtlessly, the two categories of social capital and organizational learning have significance importance in today’s societies.The subject of this research involves the evaluation of the effects of social capital on organizational learning in Guilan Department of Youth and sport learning in this research. This research is an applied one and its statistical society includes the headquarters’ managers of Guilan Department Youth and sport, the presidents, the deputies and the stuff of Youth and sport offices of the cities of Guilan 297 people. According to the formula, the considered sample volume is 155 people.In inferential statistics method, a step by step multiple regression and correlation with the aid of the software “SPSS16” also was used.The social average statistical hypothesis test or namely one-sample test is used for recognizing the social capital status and its dimensions (including norm, trust and network). The obtained result of this research showed that the social capital and also its dimensions (including norm, trust and network) have a positive and meaningful effect on the organizational learning of the staff of Guilan Department Youth and sport. Meanwhile, the social capital status, trust, network and organizational learning were also evaluated at the average level to a desired level

Social capital referred to communications and links that based on trust and formed between human and institutional collections as a valuable source. This article aimed to explore the social capital concept and its indicators and how to evaluation its criteria, and then compare this variables in executive organization of Qom province until can introduce a clear illustration about this concept. The population of study is all staff in Jahad organization and its sub-organizations. Data have gathered by a questionnaire and Confirmatory factor analysis used to investigating the dimension of social capital in this case. Result showed this organization has favorable position about social capital indicators.
