Good governance is defined as the process and structures that guide political and socio-economic relationships. The social capital at a society includes institutions, relationships, attitudes and values that govern interactions among people contributing to economic and social development. In this research, the impact of good governance on social capital has been examined. Therefore, five different dimensions were considered for evaluating good governance including: rule of law, voice, accountability, transparency and trust. Questionnaire was the main instrument for collecting data in this study. The questionnaire has been validated by experts in this field and its reliability was calculated with cronbach alpha. We have distributed 384 questionnaires among students of social science at Shahid Beheshti University. In order to analyze the gathered data, SPSS software was used. To test the hypothesis, we used one-sample T- test. The results show that good governance has a positive effect on social capital. Among different dimensions of good governance, rule of law has the highest influence on social capital. نظریۀ حکمرانی خوب را اولین بار بانک جهانی در سال ١٩٨٩ مطرح کرد. حکمرانی خوب عبارت است از فرایندها و ساختارهایی که روابط سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی را هدایت می‌کند. سرمایۀ اجتماعی در جامعه شامل نهادها، رابطه‌ها، نگرش‌ها و ارزش‌هایی است که بین مردم حاکم است و به توسعۀ اقتصادی و اجتماعی کمک می‌کند. در پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر حکمرانی خوب بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی بررسی شده است. بدین منظور، پنج بعد حاکمیت قانون، حق اظهارنظر، پاسخ‌گویی، شفافیت و اعتماد برای حکمرانی خوب در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامۀ ساختۀ پژوهشگر است که روایی آن را نخبگان تأیید کرده‌اند. پایایی پژوهش نیز به روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان علوم انسانی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بودند. از میان پرسش‌نامه‌های توزیع‌شده، ٣٨٤ پرسش‌نامه جمع شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار  SPSSو برای آزمون فرضیات پژوهش، از آزمون تی استیودنت استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیرگذاری حکمرانی خوب بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی است. از میان ابعاد گوناگون حکمرانی خوب نیز حاکمیت قانون، بیشترین تأثیر را بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی داشت. https://jscm.ut.ac.ir/article_54975_5a07b1b0f7bd16e0f5eb7f6d9f849cc5.pdf
