In other words, a comprehensive assessment of the effects of developmental measures and development patterns will allow us to fully assess the effects and achieve a model of the impact of industrial-mineral facilities. In this regard, the present study is based on a comprehensive impact assessment approach and a review of the impacts of the Chadermulu mine on the city of Behbad in the search for a model of the impact of mineral-industrial centers on the settlements in the central regions of Iran. From the perspective of the nature of this research, it is a descriptive-analytical method that by collecting documentation, library and survey methods, collecting the information needed for research and then using both T-test and path analysis to analysis of the information has taken place. The results of the research show that the negative effects were higher in socio-cultural indicators and then the environmental indicators, and in the economic and physical indicators of the Chadermulo complex, there were more positive effects. The experience of mineral-industrial development in Central Iran, and especially in Beabad, shows that although this model is relatively successful from the economic point of view and at the provincial and national levels, from the perspective of the local economy, the environment as well as the socio-cultural areas has many negative impacts and has been challenging the issue of sustainable development at local scale. On the local scale, in contrast to what has been lost, there are no real and desirable results that can be described as "the sustainable and important role of mineral-industrial development in the process of developing central Iran", and unfortunately it should be considered as "legacy" Indemnified Mineral-Industrial Development on the Process of Destruction of Central Iranian Settlements." امروزه اثرگذاری اقدامات توسعه‌ای بر سرمایه‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی و محیطی مؤلفه‌های مهم موفقیت یا شکست اقدامات و الگوهای توسعه محسوب می‌شود. در همین زمینه انتخاب و اتخاذ چارچوبی مفهومی، که برآیندی از ایده‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی باشد، جهت ارزیابی آثار الگوهای توسعه، ضروری و این مهم به کمک ارزیابی‌های آثار اجتماعی قابل حصول است. پژوهش حاضر، با ارزیابی آثار اجتماعی و با بررسی تأثیر بزرگ‌ترین مجتمع سنگ آهن خاورمیانه بر سکونتگاه‌های اطراف خود، در جست‌وجوی الگوی تأثیرگذاری اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی مراکز معدنی ـ صنعتی بر سکونتگاه‌های نواحی مرکزی ایران بود. این پژوهش از منظر ماهیت در ردة پژوهش‌های کاربردی و توسعه‌ای و از منظر روش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی است. پژوهشگران با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایشی اطلاعات مورد نیاز را گرد آورده و با استفاده از آزمون‌های T-test و تحلیل مسیر به تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات پرداخته‌اند. نتایج نشان داد توسعة معدنی ـ صنعتی در ناحیة ایرانِ مرکزی اگرچه از منظر اقتصادی و در سطوح استانی و ملی این الگوی توسعه نسبتاً موفقیت‌آمیز به ‌نظر می‌رسد، از منظر اقتصاد محلی و به ‌طور ویژه حوزه‌های اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی آثار منفی بسیار داشته و توجه به پایداری توسعه را در مقیاس‌های محلی به‌شدت به چالش کشیده است. در مقیاس‌های محلی، در مقابل آنچه از دست رفته، برآیند و نتایج بایسته و شایسته‌ای که از آن بتوان به ‌مثابة «نقش پایدار و مهم توسعة معدنی ـ صنعتی در فرایند توسعة ایران مرکزی» یاد کرد، وجود ندارد و متأسفانه باید آن را «میراث ناپایدار توسعة معدنی ـ صنعتی بر سرمایه‌های اجتماعی و محیطی ایرانِ مرکزی» به شمار آورد. https://jscm.ut.ac.ir/article_71229_8df2d2f614857ffa2ac89be954464c62.pdf
