The present study is descriptive in terms of purpose, applied in terms of usage, and quantitative in terms of data type. The study population consisted of articles published in scientific-research journals in the field of social capital from 2014 to 2018, out of which 68 cases were selected via a non-random purposive sampling method and were fed into meta-analysis process. The selected studies were analyzed using CMA2 software (Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software). The findings showed that among the social capital consequences at the organizational level, the variables of knowledge sharing (0.706), organizational performance (0.635), organizational commitment (0.620), organizational excellence (0.589), job satisfaction (0.512), knowledge management (0.511), organizational support (0.501) and organizational health (0.500) had high effect sizes (above 0.5). Also, among the social capital consequences at the social level, sense of social security (0.712), quality of life (0.699), educational achievement(0.680), emotional intelligence (0.670), social health (633), psychological capital (0.630), adherence to citizenship culture (0.548) and psychological well-being (0.510) had high effect sizes (above 0.5). هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیامدهای سرمایة اجتماعی با استفاده از رویکرد فراتحلیل است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف توصیفی، از نظر نوع استفاده کاربردی، و از نظر نوع داده‌ها کمّی است. جامعة مورد بررسی پژوهش مقالات چاپ‌شده در مجلات علمی‌ـ پژوهشی در زمینة سرمایة اجتماعی از سال 1393 تا سال 1397 بود که 68 مورد با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند به عنوان نمونه وارد فرایند فراتحلیل شدند. پژوهش‏های منتخب با استفاده از نرم‌افزار CMA2 (نرم‌افزار جامع فراتحلیل) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند از بین پیامدهای سرمایة اجتماعی در سطح سازمان، به ترتیب، متغیرهای تسهیم دانش (706<sub>/</sub>0)، عملکرد سازمانی (635<sub>/</sub>0)، تعهد سازمانی (620<sub>/</sub>0)، تعالی سازمانی (589<sub>/</sub>0)، رضایت شغلی (512<sub>/</sub>0)، مدیریت دانش (511<sub>/</sub>0)، حمایت سازمانی (501<sub>/</sub>0)، و سلامت سازمانی (500<sub>/</sub>0) دارای اندازة اثر بالا (5<sub>/</sub>0) هستند. همچنین، از بین پیامدهای سرمایة اجتماعی در سطح جامعه، به ترتیب، متغیرهای احساس امنیت اجتماعی (712<sub>/</sub>0)، کیفیت زندگی (699<sub>/</sub>0)، پیشرفت تحصیلی (680<sub>/</sub>0)، هوش هیجانی (670<sub>/</sub>0)، سلامت اجتماعی (633<sub>/</sub>0)، سرمایة روان‌شناختی (630<sub>/</sub>0)، پایبندی به فرهنگ شهروندی (548<sub>/</sub>0)، و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (510<sub>/</sub>0) اندازة اثر بالا (5<sub>/</sub>0) دارند. پیامدها سرمایة اجتماعی نرم‌افزار CMA2 https://jscm.ut.ac.ir/article_73895_ef35b0f3711d4b8ffbf0dcee9974d12d.pdf
