مطالعه اثرات هوش مصنوعی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی: تبیین نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی

چکیده

هوش مصنوعی نقش فزاینده‌ای در انتشار اطلاعات ایفا می‌کند، با این حال به نظر می‌رسد تأثیرات آن بر ساختارهای اجتماعی مانند سرمایه اجتماعی و رفتار‌های داوطلبانه همچنان ناشناخته مانده است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، با نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی، انجام گرفت. این مطالعه از نظر فلسفی اثبات‌گرا، با رویکرد کمّی و طرح مقطعی، از طریق جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به وسیله پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته صورت پذیرفت. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره) استان کردستان بود که از میان آن‌ها، ۲۲۰ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری کوهن و تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. پایایی و روایی مدل‌های اندازه‌گیری با معیارهای استاندارد شامل بارهای عاملی، پایایی ترکیبی، آلفای کرونباخ، روایی محتوا (CVR و CVI برای 8 خبره)، روایی همگرا (AVE) و روایی واگرا (HTMT) تأیید شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی نقش میانجی جزئی در رابطه بین هوش مصنوعی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی ایفا می‌کند. علاوه بر این، نتایج تحلیل واریانس (ANOVA) تفاوت‌های معناداری را در میانگین سازه‌های پژوهش بر اساس متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی نظیر تجربه کاری، سن، نوع استخدام، پست سازمانی و سطح تحصیلات آشکار ساخت. این پژوهش با بررسی همزمان این متغیرها در بستر فرهنگی غیرغربی (ایران)، به ادبیات موجود کمک شایانی می‌نماید و شکاف تحقیقاتی در مطالعات پیشین که عمدتاً بر فرهنگ‌های غربی متمرکز بوده‌اند را پر می‌کند.
