واکاوی نقش سرمایة اجتماعی در فرایند تأمین مالی با رویکرد فکتورینگ (خرید دین)

چکیده
هدف: فکتورینگ یا خرید دین، به ‌عنوان یکی از ابزارهای نوین تأمین مالی، نقش مهمی در بهبود نقدینگی، کاهش ریسک، و پایداری مالی بنگاه‌های کوچک و متوسط دارد. با این حال، توسعة این ابزار در ایران با موانع نهادی، اطلاعاتی، و رفتاری متعدد مواجه است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی ابعاد حیاتی مؤثر بر فکتورینگ (خرید دین) و ارائة مدل مفهومی جدیدی تحت عنوان الماس فکتورینگ انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیختة اکتشافی است و در دو مرحلة کیفی و کمّی اجرا شده است. در مرحلة کیفی، با انجام دادن مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۵ نفر از خبرگان حوزة مالی و بانکی و کارآفرینی، داده‌ها گردآوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون ۱۵ عامل حیاتی شناسایی شد. در مرحلة کمّی، این عوامل با استفاده از روش بهترین و بدترین  وزن‌دهی و اولویت‌بندی شد. تحلیل نهایی یافته‌ها به طراحی یک مدل پنج‌بعدی منجر شد که ابعاد اجتماعی، نهادی‌ـ حقوقی، فناورانه، رفتاری‌ـ سازمانی، و اقتصادی را در بر می‌گیرد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد سرمایة اجتماعی بالاترین وزن را در میان عوامل مؤثر بر فکتورینگ دارد و به ‌عنوان مؤلفة مرکزی در تعاملات مالی و گردش اطلاعات ایفای نقش می‌کند. پس از آن، نظام اعتبارسنجی، ویژگی‌های فروشنده/ طلبکار، و ویژگی‌های فکتور در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند. همچنین زیرساخت‌های قانونی و فناورانه، ویژگی‌های بدهکار، و عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی نقش‌های تکمیلی و میانجی دارند. وزن پایین عوامل فقهی و صنعتی نیز نشان می‌دهد که موانع اصلی توسعة فکتورینگ در ایران ماهیتی نهادی، اطلاعاتی، و اعتمادمحور دارند؛ نه ساختاری یا فقهی.
نتیجه: پژوهش حاضر، با ارائة مدل الماس فکتورینگ، چشم‌اندازی تازه برای تحلیل ابعاد مؤثر بر فکتورینگ در ایران فراهم می‌سازد. در این مدل، سرمایة اجتماعی به ‌عنوان محور مرکزی عمل می‌کند و سایر ابعاد را به یک‌دیگر پیوند می‌دهد. با توجه به فقدان مدل‌های مفهومی جامع در حوزة خرید دین، این پژوهش می‌تواند خلأ موجود در مباحث پژوهشی را پوشش دهد و مبنایی برای ارتقای سیاست‌گذاری، اعتمادسازی، توسعة فناوری مالی، و بهبود کاربست ابزارهای تأمین مالی در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط باشد
