با توسعة روزافزون سازوکارهای حمایتی و نظر به تأثیر بسزای آنها در کاهش نرخ شکست کسبوکارهای نوپا، امروز شتابدهندههای کسبوکار در سراسر جهان رشد نمایی داشتهاند. اما متأسفانه، اغلب رویکرد این شتابدهندهها متمرکز بر ایدههای اقتصادی و نه اجتماعی است. در حالی که بسیاری از کسبوکارهای اجتماعی قادر به حل معضلاتی اساسی میباشند و تأثیر اجتماعی بالایی دارند. از طرفی، چارچوب حمایتی منسجمی برای شتابدهندة اجتماعی وجود ندارد و عموماً بهطور سلیقهای خدماتی در شتابدهندهها ارائه میشوند. بنابراین، تحقیق حاضر با هدف طراحی چارچوبی حمایتی برای شتابدهندههای اجتماعی کسبوکارهای نوپا در مراحل مختلف انجام شده و بدین منظور هفت شتابدهندة اجتماعی شناختهشده از اقصی نقاط جهان انتخاب و بررسی شدهاند. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی بوده و از نظر رویکرد تحقیق کیفی- مطالعة چندموردی است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بازدید از کسبوکارهای اجتماعی و معرفی کارآفرینان در «مرحلة ورود»، آشنایی با مسائل اجتماعی، ساخت بازار اولیه، و مشروعیت و اعتمادسازی در «مراحل پیششتابدهی و شتابدهی»، و مشروعیتبخشی، جذب ذینفعان، و اخذ مجوزهای ابتدایی لازم در «مرحلة خروج» اهمیت زیادی دارند و کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند.
