Social capital is considered one of the most important factors in the success and efficiency of organizations. It can also play a significant role in the efficient management of Preschools education. This phenomenological study aimed to explore the lived experiences of preschool directors regarding the role of social capital in the efficient management of preschool centers. Through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 10 experienced directors, the research revealed that their perceptions of the role of social capital in the efficient management of these centers included 87 subthemes, 16 main themes, and 4 overarching categories: directors, stakeholders, policies and processes, and tools.
