Abstract

Doubtlessly, the two categories of social capital and organizational learning have significance importance in today’s societies.The subject of this research involves the evaluation of the effects of social capital on organizational learning in Guilan Department of Youth and sport learning in this research. This research is an applied one and its statistical society includes the headquarters’ managers of Guilan Department Youth and sport, the presidents, the deputies and the stuff of Youth and sport offices of the cities of Guilan 297 people. According to the formula, the considered sample volume is 155 people.In inferential statistics method, a step by step multiple regression and correlation with the aid of the software “SPSS16” also was used.The social average statistical hypothesis test or namely one-sample test is used for recognizing the social capital status and its dimensions (including norm, trust and network). The obtained result of this research showed that the social capital and also its dimensions (including norm, trust and network) have a positive and meaningful effect on the organizational learning of the staff of Guilan Department Youth and sport. Meanwhile, the social capital status, trust, network and organizational learning were also evaluated at the average level to a desired level
