A Systematic View to Concept of Social Capital: What is? Why and How?

Abstract

Nowadays, Social Capital (S.C.) is a common concept in social science and there are many written books and articles about it. This has resulted in a wide variety of approaches, definitions, and usages. The present research is going to achieve a total and holistic view on social capital hence, a meta-analysis of existent documents has been implemented. For this aim, the data has been represented by using thematic analysis method as a qualitative research method. Finally, a systematic model of the concept of social capital has been represented. For this aim, the data has been analyzed by using thematic analysis method as a qualitative research method. Finally, a systematic model of the concept of social capital has been represented.
