A Model for the Development of Psychological Capital with Focus on Social Capital in the City of Karaj

Abstract

The main purpose of the research was to present a model for the development of social capital based on social capital at the urban level. The statistical population of this research is active urban experts in the field of psychological capital. Target sampling and snowball were used to identify the experts. Twenty experts were used due to the adequacy of data. As in grounded theory, Data collection has been a profound interview. As a result, strengthening the integrity of the threats and the prosperity of the capabilities of citizens was identified. The main phenomenon was the strengthening of life expectancy, in relation to the conditions of the interventionist, the personality of the citizens, the actions of the city authorities. The governing body, urban culture, urban quality of life, and the main strategy of social capital and urban health were identified. The main consequence of this model is the development of psychological capital
