The management model of the Prophet (PBUH) to preserve and increase the social capital of the nascent society of Sadr Islam in the face of hard and soft social damage

Abstract

Social capital is a concept in sociology that has applications in many human sciences such as economics, management, social sciences, and political sciences, and it is used to refer to relationships within and between groups. Social capital, or the spiritual dimension of a community, is a historical heritage that, through encouraging people to "cooperate" and "participate" in social interactions, is able to solve more of the problems in that community, overcome and move towards growth and development. To make economic, political, cultural, etc. possible. With the formation of the Islamic government by the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) at the head of Islam, the need to pay attention to the capital of Islam and take decisions to preserve it became especially important. Due to the fact that the enemies of Islam sought to harm the government and reduce social capital by various soft and hard methods, the Prophet (PBUH) followed special solutions. In this article, the actions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in order to maintain and increase the social capital of the nascent society of Sadr Islam, in the face of hard and soft social injuries, with a descriptive-analytical method, with an interpretive approach and with a phenomenological view of the injury. Social issues have been explored.
