Abstract

External social capital of support Organizations is a degree of potential resources resulting from the external communication of their managers and employees with the external environment. The purpose of this article is to design a framework for the development of external social capital of support organizations based on corporate social responsibility. The current research is "basic theory" in terms of practical purpose, qualitative nature, and implementation path. The data collection technique is "interview." Fifteen experts were selected using "criterion-based sampling." The findings indicate that by subtly monitoring social, moral, political, economic, legal and technological intervening factors and planning to change the background conditions affecting the central phenomenon,  structural transformation strategies in public relations, promotion of foresight literature, attention to strategic planning, change in governance policies, corporate branding, organizational networking, and e-government promotion can be effective in the development of social-external capital of support organizations. The consequence of such an action will be the survival of companies and factories, and the empowerment of people covered by supporting organizations. Therefore, the paradigm model of the current research can serve as a desirable model for the sustainable development of external social capital of support organizations and the creation of social welfare.
