The statistical population of the research includes all the employees of the General Department of Education of Khuzestan province (1540 people), of which 310 people were selected as a sample through simple random sampling. Social capital questionnaire (Rasol Zade Aghdam et al., 2013) and crisis management questionnaire (Jahanbakhsh et al., 2015) were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of the findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between social capital (trust, participation and cohesion) and the management of organizational crises of Khuzestan education staff, the more the amount of social capital of employees increases, the management of social crises will increase.
