چکیده

Purpose: This article is presented with the aim of feasibility of implementing an intelligent system to analyze the benefits of social capital in sports marketing to be used instead of traditional analysis approaches. That is, whether the implementation of an intelligent system can provide useful analysis for sports marketing with the least time, cost and manpower. The research approach is qualitative and the research method is practical in terms of the goal.

Methodology: The statistical population and participants in this article are all employees of sports organizations, sellers of sports equipment and customers. The research sample was selected from the participating groups using the snowball sampling method. A total of 50 participants out of 100 participants were selected for interviews to generate the required data. Thematic analysis method was used for data analysis. These interviews were conducted in 3 stages with different people. The number of participants in the first interview was 15, the second interview was 20, and the third interview was 15.

Findings: To increase the reliability of the collected information, the four criteria of technical considerations, practical considerations, economic considerations and comfort considerations of the findings and sixteen sub-criteria have been used. Finally, all the basic criteria for this research have been qualitatively evaluated and the feasibility results have been reported. The evaluation shows that the implementation of an intelligent system in sports marketing can have a great impact on this issue.
