شناسایی و اولویت ‏بندی مؤلفه‌های سرمایة اجتماعی در تیم ملی هندبال ایران

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت‏بندی مؤلفه‌های سرمایة اجتماعی در تیم ملی هندبال بود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها آمیخته به صورت کیفی و کمّی است. جامعة آماری بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل استادان مدیریت ورزشی (آشنا با مفاهیم سرمایة اجتماعی)، بازیکنان، مربیان، و مدیران صاحب‌نظر در باشگاه‏های لیگ برتر هندبال بودند که به صورت گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند و حجم نمونه تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت (12 مصاحبه با 11 نفر). جامعة آماری بخش کمّی پژوهش شامل بازیکنان تیم ملی هندبال بزرگ‌سالان (آقایان)، کادر فنی، و مدیران باشگاه‌های لیگ برتر هندبال بودند و بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونة تحقیق مشخص شدند (21 نفر). ابزار گردآوری تحقیق پرسشنامة مستخرج از بخش کیفی بود که با توجه به روش تاپسیس طراحی شده بود. این پرسشنامه به صورت کلی نشان‌دهندة پنج مؤلفة‌ سرمایة اجتماعی بود؛ شامل هنجارهای اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی، روابط اجتماعی. نتایج نشان داد مؤلفه‏های روابط اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی، و هنجارهای اجتماعی به ترتیب مهم‏ترین مؤلفه‏های سرمایة اجتماعی در تیم ملی هندبال‌اند. بنابراین، توجه به هر یک از این مؤلفه‏ها با توجه به ترتیب اهمیت آن‌ها می‏تواند کیفیت تیم ملی هندبال را بهبود بخشد و به کسب نتایج بهتر در بعد عملکرد و بهبود روابط متقابل و راضی‏کننده با سرمایه‏هایی مثل هوادارها و دیگر گروه‏های مرتبط با تیم ملی منجر شود.
