چارچوب رابطه بین مؤلفه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی و نوآوری با روش فراترکیب

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی «رابطة بین ابعاد سرمایة اجتماعی (ساختاری، رابطه‏ای، شناختی) بر نوآوری» پرداخته است. امروزه، نوآوری در اقتصاد کشورها یک مزیت رقابتی شناخته می‏شود. بهره‏برداری از دانش یکی از منابع اصلی نوآوری در سازمان‏هاست. یک طرح پژوهشی فراترکیب با نُه مطالعة کیفی انتخاب شد. نتایج پژوهش الگوهای روابط بین ابعاد سرمایة اجتماعی و نوآوری را نشان می‏دهد. تأثیر ابعاد بر کاهش موانع نوآوری و افزایش توانمندسازها یا تسهیل‌کننده‌های نتایج نوآوری و تأثیرات مستقیم ابعاد سرمایة اجتماعی بر نوآوری چارچوب حاصل را تشکیل می‌دهد. این مقاله با پیشنهاد این چارچوب یکپارچه به توسعة نوآوری و فناوری و مباحث سرمایة اجتماعی کمک می‌کند. یافته‌ها می‌تواند به سازمان‌ها در ایجاد شرایط بهینه برای بهبود احتمال جمع‌آوری نوآوری و فناوری و نتایج توسعه از شبکه‌های بین‌سازمانی و درون‏سازمانی کمک کند.
