بررسی تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر کارآفرینی زنان در شهر ایلام با توجه به نقش میانجی نوآوری

چکیده

امروزه علاوه بر سرمایة فیزیکی، سرمایة اجتماعی، عامل تعیین­کننده­ در کارآفرینی است. بدین منظور، پژوهش حاضر، ضمن بررسی تأثیرگذاری سرمایة اجتماعی بر کارآفرینی، نقش میانجی نوآوری در تأثیرگذاری سرمایة اجتماعی بر کارآفرینی را ارزیابی می‌کند. این مطالعه در نمونه­ای 130 نفری از کارآفرینان زن شهر ایلام با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی است و برای جمع­آوری داده­ها پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته به‌کار گرفته شده است. همچنین، برای بررسی روایی، روایی صوری بررسی شد و برای بررسی پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد ابزار تحقیق پایایی و روایی مناسبی دارد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها با روش مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم­افزار LISREL8.8 انجام گرفته است. یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد، سرمایة اجتماعی و نوآوری تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بر کارآفرینی دارد، اما سرمایة اجتماعی بر نوآوری تأثیر ندارد.
