تحلیل روابط و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های زیبایی فردی موثر در گسترش سرمایۀ اجتماعی با رویکرد ترکیبی دیمتل فازی و تحلیل شبکه‌ای فازی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه شیراز)

چکیده

سرمایة اجتماعی یک هنجار اجتماعی است که شبکة روابط اجتماعی و همکاری بین انسان‌ها را تقویت می‌کند. در روابط اجتماعی زیبایی فردی پسندیده و قابل توجه است. زیرا شبکة روابط اجتماعی افراد را گسترش می‌دهد و موفقیت‌های اجتماعی نسبتاً بیشتری برای فرد به ارمغان می‌آورد. مطالعة حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های زیبایی فردی مؤثر در گسترش سرمایة اجتماعی انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و توصیفی است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه‌های تهیه‌شده مبتنی بر روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندشاخصه استفاده شد که خبرگان دانشگاه شیراز آن را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با رویکرد ترکیبی دیمتل و ANP در فضای فازی تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد عوامل پنهان زیبایی فردی نسبت به عوامل آشکار در گسترش سرمایة اجتماعی افراد مؤثرترند. همچنین، نتایج مطالعه نشان داد، میان عوامل، شنوندة خوب بودن با وزن 178/0 و تفکر مثبت با وزن 168/0 بیشترین تأثیر را بر گسترش سرمایة اجتماعی افراد می‌گذارند.
