اثرگذاری سرمایة روان‏ شناختی بر رفتارهای فرانقش پیش‌گام با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سرمایة اجتماعی سازمانی

چکیده

رفتارهای فرانقش پیش‌گام کارکنان از رفتارهایی هستند که می‏توانند تأثیر زیادی بر موفقیت سازمان بگذارند. بنابراین، مطالعة عوامل مؤثر بر بروز این رفتارها بسیار مهم است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر سرمایة روان‏شناختی بر رفتارهای فرانقش پیش‌گام بود که نقش میانجی سرمایة اجتماعی سازمانی نیز بررسی شد. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و همبستگی و به لحاظ هدف تحقیقی کاربردی است. جامعة آماری تحقیق شامل کارکنان ستاد بیمة دی بود که 205 نفر از آن‌ها به روش در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‏های مورد نیاز به وسیلة پرسشنامه جمع‏آوری شد و بر اساس روش مدل‏یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‏های تحقیق تأثیر مثبت و معنادار سرمایة روان‏شناختی و سرمایة اجتماعی سازمانی را بر رفتارهای فرانقش پیش‌گام، شامل رفتارهای کمک‏کننده و آوای کارکنان، نشان داد؛ ضمن اینکه نقش میانجی سرمایة اجتماعی سازمانی در اثرگذاری سرمایة روان‏شناختی بر رفتارهای فرانقش پیش‌گام تأیید شد.
