تأثیرکیفیت خدمات پلیس هوشمند بر مشارکت شهروندان در پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: امروزه در عصر فناوری اطلاعات بهره‏گیری از کیفیت خدمات پلیس هوشمند راهبردی مؤثر برای جلب مشارکت شهروندان در حل مسائل و آسیب‌های اجتماعی، مانند مواد مخدر، است. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین تأثیر کیفیت خدمات پلیس هوشمند بر مشارکت شهروندان در پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر انجام پذیرفت.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ رویکرد کمّی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی‌ـ پیمایشی است. جامعة آماری شامل دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی انتظامی و کارشناسی‌ارشد پیشگیری از جرم دانشگاه علوم انتظامی بود که سابقة فعالیت اجرایی طولانی در حوزة مواد مخدر داشتند. حجم نمونه 108 نفر تعیین و برای اندازه‏گیری متغیرها از پرسشنامة اکبی و همکارانش (2020) و جزینی و دهقانی (1396) بهره‏ گرفته شد. روایی ابزار با روش صوری و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی به وسیلة آلفا محاسبه شد. برای آزمون فرضیه‏ها داده‏های حاضر در بستة نرم‌افزاری spss22 و SmartPls تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.
یافته‏ها: یافته‏ها نشان داد اثر ابعاد کیفیت خدمات پلیس هوشمند بر مشارکت شهروندان در پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر 69/0 در سطح 01/0 مثبت و معنادار است. همچنین، کیفیت خدمات پلیس هوشمند 38/0 از تغییرات مشارکت شهروندان در پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر را می‏تواند پیش‏بینی کند.
نتیجه: نتایج نشان داد یکپارچگی بین ابعاد کیفیت خدمات پلیس هوشمند و سهولت دسترسی شهروندان به اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق سامانة اینترنت پلیس و اطلاع‌رسانی برخط زمینه‌های مشارکت در برنامه‌های پیشگیری از توزیع مواد مخدر را افزایش می‏دهد.
