واکاوی تأثیر رویکرد مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار بر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی: ارزیابی نقش میانجی سرمایۀ ‌‏‌اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت‏ های کوچک و متوسط استان آذربایجان غربی)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش رویکرد مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار بر مسئولیت‏پذیری اجتماعی شرکت با نقش میانجی سرمایۀ‌‏ اجتماعی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف توسعه‏ای‌ـ کاربردی است. همچنین به لحاظ روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی‌ـ پیمایشی و در دستة تحقیقات همبستگی قرار می‏گیرد. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر را کارشناسان و مدیران فعال در بخش مدیریت منابع انسانی شرکت‏های کوچک و متوسط استان آذربایجان ‏غربی تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه شامل 190 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل فرضیه‌ها نیز از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم‌افزار‌های SPSS24 و Smart PLS4 استفاده شد. داده‏ها نشان دادند مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار به صورت مستقیم بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان و سرمایۀ‌‏ اجتماعی تأثیر دارد. همچنین سرمایۀ‌‏ اجتماعی نیز به صورت مثبت و مستقیم بر مسئولیت‏پذیری اجتماعی سازمان اثر دارد. در نهایت، نقش میانجی سرمایۀ‌‏ اجتماعی در بین مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار و مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‏ها تأیید شد. با توجه به یافته‏های تحقیق، می‏توان گفت رویکرد مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار یکی از عوامل اصلی اثرگذار بر توسعة مسئولیت‏پذیری اجتماعی در شرکت‏هاست. همچنین می‏توان اشاره کرد که به‏رغم نقاط اشتراک موجود بین سرمایۀ‌‏ اجتماعی و مسئولیت‏پذیری اجتماعی، با هدف ارتقای مسئولیت‏پذیری اجتماعی، لازم است شرکت‏ها استراتژی‏های مناسبی برای توسعۀ‌‏ سرمایۀ‌‏ اجتماعی درون‌سازمانی انتخاب کنند.
