بررسی نقش تعدیلگری سرمایۀ فکری بر رابطۀ چابکی و عملکرد سازمان (مورد مطالعه: ادارۀ کل آموزش و پرورش شهرستان‌های استان تهران)

چکیده

مقالۀ حاضر به بررسی اثر سرمایۀ فکری بر رابطۀ چابکی و عملکرد سازمان در ادارۀ کل آموزش‌وپرورش شهرستان‌های استان تهران پرداخته است. روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی و روش نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس است. جامعۀ آماری شامل 260 نفر است که تعداد 155 نمونه انتخاب و توسط پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد فرضیات تحقیق بررسی شده است. ارزیابی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار Smart-pls (حداقل مربعات جزئی) انجام گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از اثرگذاری مثبت و معنی‌دار سرمایۀ فکری بر رابطۀ چابکی و عملکرد سازمان (به میزان 7/23 درصد) و به‌طور مستقل بر چابکی سازمان و بر عملکرد سازمانی (به‌ترتیب به میزان 3/72 و 7/33 درصد) دارد. همچنین نتایج اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار چابکی بر عملکرد سازمانی (به میزان 6/42 درصد) را نیز تأیید کرده است. در پایان، برای بهبود سرمایۀ فکری و چابکی در سازمان مورد تحقیق، پیشنهادهایی مطرح شده است.
