مطالعة نقش سرمایة اجتماعی در کارآفرینی سازمانی: فراتحلیل پژوهش‌های بازة زمانی 1384 ـ 1401

چکیده

هدف: سرمایة اجتماعی بستر کارآفرینی سازمانی را فراهم می‌کند. زیرا سازمان‌ها برای نوآوری نیازمند مؤلفه‌های سرمایة اجتماعی‌اند. بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش مطالعة نقش سرمایة اجتماعی بر کارآفرینی سازمانی است. روش: روش تحقیق از نوع فراتحلیل کمّی (cma3) و ابزار آن پرسشنامة معکوس است. جامعة آماری پژوهش 56 تحقیق پیمایشی (علمی‌ـ پژوهشی) است که 36 پژوهش با رعایت روایی، اعتبار و کیفیت پژوهش، وجود ضریب همبستگی، حجم نمونه، و سطح معناداری انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری، هدفمند، روایی و پایایی پژوهش کنترل؛‌ و به روش فرمول کوهن و فیشر اندازة اثر آن‌ها برآورد شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد بین سرمایة اجتماعی و کارآفرینی سازمانی رابطة معنادار وجود دارد و اثر کلی آن برابر 0.489 درصد است. نتایج: با افزایش سرمایة اجتماعی در سازمان‌ها، نهادها، و شرکت‏ها گرایش کارکنان به کارآفرینی سازمانی نیز بیشتر می‌شود. دو مفهوم سرمایة اجتماعی و کارآفرینی سازمانی به هم وابسته‌اند؛ به گونه‌ای که فقدان یکی موجب نابسامانی و کژکارکردی و هماهنگی آن دو باعث بهبود فضای آرامش، اعتماد، اطمینان، عزت‌نفس، استقلال مالی، و بهبود عملکرد شغلی می‌شود.
